All this in accordance with the provisions of art. 1.255 of the Civil Code. 3. Offer and Acceptance

Dioxcare reserves the right to change the prices of its products and services offered in the catalog at any time and without notice, the change will not affect the prices on orders already placed. These prices will be valid from the time of their publication and will not be retroactive, guaranteeing the customer that the price in force will be the one applicable at the time the order is formalized and the secure payment is processed.

All products include detailed information on their characteristics, warranty period, satisfaction guarantee, delivery time, branding and a sample photo.

All prices indicated in Dioxcare are expressed with taxes and shipping costs included, only any additional discounts through coupons or specific promotions, and handling / management costs before shipping are excluded.

The price of the products is inclusive of VAT.

3.2 Order acceptance

Once the acceptance of the purchase conditions has been confirmed, all the data filled in and the confirmation button clicked, Dioxcare will inform the user / customer of the conditions of his order by e-mail or post.

Delivery times are linked to the stock of the products purchased and the customer will be informed of their status at any time.

3.3 Shipping

Orders placed on dioxcare.eu will be delivered to the address set by the customer / user at the time of the order in any country of the European Union and UK. It is possible to change the delivery details only before the goods leave our warehouse and only if it does not alter the contractual conditions, in which case it may involve additional costs.

All deliveries are made by a transport company, accompanied by the corresponding documentation which must be checked and confirmed by the customer.

Orders are covered by insurance for 100% of the value of the goods.

Important: check that the outer packaging of the packages received is in good condition.

All complaints due to transport damage should be reported to Dioxcare as soon as possible. Remember never to throw away the packaging of the products before having checked that they are in perfect condition and have checked that all the items correspond to those you ordered.

Deliveries to the Balearic and Canary Islands are subject to analysis and quotation as they may involve additional costs.

The couriers will deliver from Monday to Friday based on your geographical location (also depending on the delivery route established for your city), arranging an appointment with you before delivery. If your area is far from a large urban center or city, or has fewer than 5,000 inhabitants, the delivery may be delayed by up to 10 working days with respect to the delivery deadline.

Occasionally, for reasons beyond Dioxcare's control, delivery times may be delayed by 7 working days from the expected delivery date. In this case, the buyer can cancel the order and get back the amount paid.

Failure to deliver is not considered as such if it has been deliberately delayed or if the buyer could not be reached by phone or email to confirm the delivery date of the goods.

4. Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal. As a consumer and user, you have a period of 14 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal. The useful period to return the order is calculated starting from the receipt of the same. The customer can return the products as long as they are in perfect condition and have not been used. To return the purchase, the customer must complete the following withdrawal form and return it signed to the e-mail address info@dioxcare.com or to the postal address that appears in the Withdrawal Form.

4.1 Different ways to exercise the right of withdrawal

In the event that a transport service is requested for the return of the product, the costs of this service will be deducted when the money is returned.

4.2 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts relating to:

Contracts for products made to measure for the consumer and user or which have been clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate.

Pursuant to Article 102 (exceptions to the right of withdrawal) products with special sizes manufactured specifically for the customer will not be exchanged or returned, except for those with manufacturing defects.
