As a consumer and user, you have a period of 30 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal. The useful period to return the order is calculated starting from the receipt of the same.
The customer can return the products as long as they are in perfect condition and have not been used. To proceed with the return of the purchase, the customer must complete the following withdrawal form and return it signed to the e-mail address info@dioxcare.com or to the postal address that appears in the Withdrawal Form.

All our customers benefit from a purchase guarantee for Dioxcare devices for a period of 2 years. For any technical problem or warranty application request, the customer must contact us using the following contact form.
3. Use of the Satisfaction Guarantee
Dioxcare is so confident in the quality of its products and their proper functioning that it offers its customers a satisfaction guarantee with a limit of 30 days to return their purchase.
To take advantage of the satisfaction guarantee and return the purchase within 30 calendar days of receipt of the order, the product must be in perfect condition with all the original components in the package, as the customer received it. The product should appear as if it had not been used. The customer must ensure that there is no measurement data or usage symbols on the meter.

It is recommended to perform a calibration before starting to use the CO2 meter once you receive it, as the sensors can experience stress and scale during transport.

The Dioxcare PDF CO2 meter is approved for the European Community and has the CE mark. DIOXCARE is a Spanish brand designed in Spain and manufactured according to our parameters in China.
How long does the battery last with continuous use of the device?
The battery has a maximum autonomy of 24 hours; a full charge takes 3 hours. While charging, the device can continue to be used without any inconvenience. If the user so wishes, it can be used continuously connected to the mains.
What is the response time of CO2 measurements?
The response time of CO2 measurements from the moment the meter is turned on is 10-20 seconds.
Where is the best place to put the meter?
As a general rule, the meter should be placed at a medium height (e.g. on top of a piece of furniture, table, etc.) so that the built-in high-precision sensor is able to detect carbon dioxide throughout the space with the highest possible accuracy.
What is the useful life span of the device?
The device is designed to have a useful life of approximately 8-10 years with regular use.
Does it have alarms that can be set when CO2 levels are exceeded?
The CO2 concentration alarm can be set to sound when the specified CO2 level is reached. For example, the alarm can be set to sound as low as 1,000 PPM or at any other level chosen by the user. Page 6 of the instruction manual describes how to do this configuration.
How can I know if the meter is calibrated correctly?
To check if the CO2 meter works correctly and records the correct values, it is necessary to go outside with the device and check that after about 5 minutes the CO2 concentration level is approximately 420 PPM. If not, the device must be recalibrated following the instructions provided in the manual.
